Who is the design service ideal for?

This is for fast-growing businesses which want to add a senior-level design team quickly and for a fraction of the normal cost. We act as a ‘plug-and-play’ extended team to allow you to scale flexibly.  We also work with marketing and design agencies.

Of course!  If you don’t have enough information for a brief or need advice, you can always ask your creative lead for help.  Send them a message or book a call to clarify the details.

Which services can Tenscope do?

We’re experts in marketing design, meaning our team of designers has extensive, end-to-end experience in graphic design, illustrations, branding, UI/UX and website design.

How many projects can I request at one time?

You can submit as many requests as you like. That’s the best thing about a graphic design subscription.

Do you work across time zones?

We have clients across North America and Europe and have experience adjusting to your schedule.

Can I pick my own designer based on their portfolio?​

We will have assembled a full design team for you based on the discovery process during the onboarding phase.  But if there’s a designer you’ve worked with before and would like to use them again, let us know.

Do you outsource work to low quality, cheaper designers?​

No. Everything is done in-house by our in-house designers and pre-vetted extended team.

Are your designers vetted? Where are they from?

ur designers are mostly based in the US and Europe, and each designer is thoroughly vetted before we take them on.  We make sure to only work with the best designers and work is never outsourced.​​

Where can I see examples of your work?​​​

What if I don’t like the designer/s assigned to my project?

Communication is key. Just let us know, no hard feelings. We’ll assign you another designer who may fit you better.

How is my work kept confidential?​

We will always treat your work confidentially, and all of our designers have signed confidentiality agreements.  Our platform provides you secure access to your account to view your projects, so only you and the colleagues you invite have access.

What happens if I don’t receive a draft by 48 hours?​

This should and will never happen, but in the extremely unlikely case it does let us know straight away. Your deadline is our number one priority - we’ll put our whole team on your project if we have to.​

We have multiple companies / brands – how would this work?

​We can tailor a package which covers more than one company or brand. Just get in touch and we can discuss how we can help.​​

​​Is there a cap to the number of revisions I can request?​

Absolutely not! We won’t stop trying until the design is perfect.​​

What happens if my designer gets ill or takes a day off?​

Our designers work in teams, so there’s always someone who knows your company and projects ready to continue with your requests. This is one of the ways we’re different from other subscription design companies.​​

Can I change my project brief after submitting it?

Of course!  Plans change all the time. Update your designer and send us the revised brief as soon as you have it. Our designers will tweak the design accordingly and send you an update in 24 - 48 hours depending on what needs to be changed.

What if I’m not happy with the final designs I receive?

​If you still have some time before your deadline, contact us to either assign you a different designer or submit another revision request to your designer. Don’t be afraid to be honest, we’re not happy until you are.

Can I invite my team to send design requests too?​

Yes, our platform allows you to add colleagues to your the account.​​​

Who has ownership of the designs?​

You do. And we’ll provide you the source files.​​

How do I prioritize my requests?

When submitting requests, make sure you order your cards according to priority as requests are fulfilled from the top down. So, if you’re posting multiple requests at the same time, make sure the order of your requests reflects which tasks should be completed first.​​

Where can I download my files?​

You can download your files from our platform any time.  If you have any problems, drop us an email and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.​​

How do I request a revision?​

Just add the details of the revision required in a comment in our platform, and then move the relevant request from the ‘In Review’ or ‘Completed’ list to the ‘Requests’ list.  Alternatively you can send us an email.

Will my files be stored on Tenscope?​

Yes, everything you do with Tenscope will be stored securely on the cloud so you have everything in one place whenever you need it. You get unlimited storage with us.​​

How do I know which package is right for me?​

We offer a wide range of packages and capacity to help cover businesses of all sizes and needs. We’re happy to talk about your needs and can help you choose the right package, or look to tailor one if our standard plans aren’t suitable.​​​​

How does your money back guarantee work?​

We’re generally good at assessing whether we’ll be a good fit, but if you feel the chemistry isn’t right, we offer a 7-day money back guarantee.​​

How can you offer such a cost-effective price?​

We’ve designed a low-cost model based on lean processes, automating what we can, and remote working instead of expensive offices. This allows us to charge less for the same quality of work as some of the leading US-based design agencies.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

​Yes, but do let us know about it beforehand.  If you have a monthly subscription, let us know that you want to cancel a month before so we can complete any projects in progress. You can also pause your subscription at any time if you think you won’t need any design services for a period of time.​​

Can I add more hours of daily design?​

Yes, you can upgrade your subscription any time to get more hours. Just drop us a line!​​

How do I cancel my subscription?​

You can cancel your subscription through our platform or simply contact your account manager and we’ll take care of that for you.​
